Serialized File Creation Demo
This Jupyter notebook demonstrates how to use the AI-assisted data model output (originally just a collection of TSV files) to a serialized file, a PFB (Portable Format for Bioinformatics) file.
PFB is widely used within NIH-funded initiativies that our center is a part of, as a means for efficient storage and transfer of data between systems.
