Request for full YuNet ONNX (~1.6 MB) — only Git LFS pointer available

The YuNet ONNX model (face_detection_yunet_2023mar.onnx) is currently only available as a Git LFS pointer (227 KB). The full precision ONNX (1.6 MB) is not accessible.
Can anyone share a reliable mirror or upload the full ONNX file here on Hugging Face? This would help developers who need YuNet for biometric face detection tasks and cannot compromise on accuracy.
