Request for reconsideration of rejected SAM3 access

Hello SAM 3 Team,
My Hugging Face access request for facebook/sam3 was rejected.
I would like to kindly request a manual review of my application.
I plan to use SAM 3 for non-commercial research on remote sensing image segmentation.
My research focuses on extracting building objects from UAV aerial imagery using deep learning and GIS workflows.
The model will be used locally for research and evaluation purposes only.
I will comply with the SAM 3 license, Meta policies, and Hugging Face terms.
I will not redistribute model weights or provide public access.
