Important edit: This is about the rapid aio V10. The "Mega AIO" (V5 NSFW) is a lot and i mean A LOT worse! Especially at maintaining an start image it does not agree with. It WILL wipe out most of the things that Aio V10 was perfectly fine with. Even in frame to frame. It is arguably worse than vanilla Wan at that. If you are "affected by the issues below" i highly recommend getting the Rapid aio V10 for gay nsfw purposes before it gets deleted (btw, don't! )

i haven't tested all "basic" aio models, maybe some were better (i'm ok with 10) , especially with a starting image; but the mega ones are very much like i describe lustify below! Btw i did use the NSFW version of Mega V5. One thing it does better than V10: it creates less feminine male bodies then V10 when it has to create one (T2i, adding to a start image). But that is of course only of use in sfw circumstances because it then messes up the nsfw part of that person.

some admin: Since this is a common - but rarely answered- question for NSFW packs (models, loras...) , i thought i answer the question i couldn't find an answer to. I keep the language above board, you know what i mean anyway. Also this is about male gay prompts. I assume the female side of things if very well covered as usual .
If you don't care, don't worry about this, the back-button prevents being offended very well. (although the illustrious tip (at the end) might still be worth checking out. It is underrated as a tool.

And finally: this is not a complaint or even a question! it is clear that the vast majority of people using NSFW stuff are interested mainly in ... "female influencers". That's fine. But since this is baked in (without a list of what is) you might want to know (i did):

TL;DR it's actually surprisingly useful, although it's not perfect. The big advantage over other (image) NSFW models:: it respects the prompt! If you prompt one or more men, it will make those. it will not at all costs crowbar a lady in, when there is more than one person (which lustify DOES! Hard!) .if you prompt the man naked he will be,if you prompt the pen., it will be there. So while there are some issues (below(the pen...)), it is surprisingly powerful and flexible. give it a go.
It is therefore arguably better than lustify to even just make single images from a text prompt than lustify (in this special case, maybe even generally?!) .

TL: So first, what about normal Wan2.2? Unlike Flux.dev or most SDXL models (and the default SDXL refiner), it will not delete a Pen. if your start image has one, it will be there. Wan just doesn't know what to do with it. It may fall off or being wiped away... If you prompt one in t2v it will likely not be there.
But Wan therefore is already a better base because it is not actively fighting it (unless SFW is prompted) .

So about this aio nswf model (V10) : It DOES know what do do with a Pen. It shows it, it will not fall of. it can do the things it should. And two or more in one image work just fine. Without fusing togetehr all the time as in lustify. And while a start image (i2V) is of course a big help,even in T2v it works pretty reliably with the prompt even for more (and only)guys. Keep in mind, it is still very much focused on ye olde man&Woman thing. so instead of very explicit terms, you might need to prompt details.

Although it seems to be pretty much one variety of pen. And of naked guy body btw. The biggest remaining issue: it is not quite sure about the belows. Below the pen you might have something weird. The normal thing but very small, OR nothing, or something Vag.based. So from certain angles it can look weird. Nowhere NEAR as much as in Lustify but when it does, the effect is similar.

So given the AI image and video world being focused on what it is usually focused on, this NFSW AIO model is a cool and powerful tool even off the main road. There will be roadbumps, but it's nsfw bakey-inny seem to be reasonably well balanced. Since it is based on the best (free) video model it should by default be one of the best for NSFW too, being worth the occasional needed babysitting. .

And given that AI world focus, here are two tips you may find useful (first one 4all, 2nd one gay specific) :
1: If you need a start or reference image, here is a secret tip: forget Lustify! Forget PonyXL! Try "Illustrious" (on HF, Civitai ...) . It's a SDXL based model so it is very fast, and easy to use ( i use invokeai for SDXL). And Illustrious is absolutely, totally and completely uncensored and fully NSFW capable. Beyond anything Lustify can do! AND It 99% respects a "gay, male only" prompt. And in both ways, it knows all the body details, all the words, all the practices. You can be fully explicit without tiptoeing, into quite extreme compositions including kinky ones..
Mind you, it comes with the issues and prompting necessities of an (dated)SDXL model. But it's actually quite good with finger numbers, anatomy and stuff out of the box (as is lustify btw).

Using it for semi(lol) realism: : Illustrious doesn't do quite photorealistic (hence the name) , it does illustration, many different styles and anime and so on (if you're into that for nsfw, use it anyway, its great!). BUT if you prompt "2.5d, raytracing, ambient occlusion ,realism" and negative prompts like "anime, drawing, line art" and so on", You get a kind of near real life 3d graphic, easily style convertible with non NSFW destructive models like Qwen image or hidream(?)). If you prompt WAN to photo realism it tends to convert a drawing into realism in the first few frames (no guarantees). (if you need a anime NSFW start image of the wilder variety, Illustrious is perfect anyway.).

And another little gay specific tip for lustify: if you use a (SDXL) lora of a male person ( just a guy, no need for nsfw) and set it quite high, you can force it a bit easier of it's militant womanizer ways. But it' kind of not worth the trouble.
