Request to remove an incorrect paper authorship association

Hello Hugging Face team,

The following paper appears to have been incorrectly linked to my account:

“Taming the Chaos: Coordinated Autoscaling for Heterogeneous and Disaggregated LLM Inference”

Although one of the authors shares my name, Shufan Liu, I am a different person and was not involved in this research.

Could you please remove the incorrect authorship association between this paper and my account? I am only requesting that my account be unlinked, not that the paper itself be deleted.

Here is my profile link: liu3766 (shufan liu)

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,
Shufan liu

Hi, this is a fairly common mix-up when two authors share a name. As far as I know, you can fix it yourself without waiting for staff: open your own profile on the Hub, go to the papers section, and there should be an option to hide a paper from your profile or to remove the authorship claim. If you can’t find that option, the Hub support team usually handles this by email, and it helps to include the paper title and your username in the message, just like you did here.

It also helps to say that you’re a different person with the same name, since that tells them which link to undo. Forum staff don’t always watch the Beginners category closely, so emailing support is probably the faster route if the self-service option isn’t there for you. Hope it gets sorted out quickly!
