Refund Request for Test Charge - Over 1 Month Outstanding

I am writing to request an immediate refund for a $10 test charge that was taken from my prepaid card over a month ago when I attempted to subscribe to your remote inference model service.

Details of the Issue:

  • Amount: $10 USD

  • Payment method: Prepaid Visa/Dollar card (UBA Haj Prepaid Dollar Card)

  • Issue: Your system processed the test charge but later informed me that prepaid cards are not accepted

Current Situation:

  • It has been over 30 days since the charge was made

  • The money has not been returned to my card despite your rejection of the payment method

  • This appears to be a system error on your end - taking money for a payment method you don’t accept.

Request:
I am requesting an immediate refund of the $10 test charge. When a payment method is declined or deemed unacceptable, test charges should be reversed within 3-7 business days, not held for over a month.

Account Information:

I would appreciate:

  1. An immediate refund of the $10 charge

  2. A confirmation email when the refund is processed

  3. An estimated timeframe for when I will see the credit on my card

This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution. If this matter is not resolved within 5 business days, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my card provider and file complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies.
