One YouTuber I watch quite often is Emergent Garden. His content frequently focuses on cellular automata, life simulated via physics engines or neural networks, and autonomous Minecraft agents. There is already so much out there in the field of artificial life that you would need to think carefully beforehand about exactly what is new and what is being tested.
