HF wraps static Spaces in an iframe whose sandbox attribute omits
allow-top-navigation, so target=_top silently no-ops. allow-popups +
allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox are set, so target=_blank opens the link
in a new tab and works.
index.html: use absolute HF URLs + target=_top so links escape the iframe
Static Spaces render inside an iframe at <space>.hf.space — relative links
like ./tree/main resolved against the iframe host and 404d. Switch to
absolute https://huggingface.co/spaces/... URLs with target="_top" so
clicks navigate the parent frame back to the HF UI proper.
